I HOPE you're talking about the 1967-74 Nova's, and not the 1985-91's that were rebadged Corollas! But, even at that, those Nova's weren't that much to look at, IMO. The first car I can remember my parents driving was a white '74 with black vinyl interrior. It was o.k., nothing special. In 1975 they turned into bonafide family sedans, so I don't think there was anything so great about it. It wasn't FUGLY, but nowhere near a red 1957 Bell Air convertable with red/white interior and fuel injected 283. Worth somewhere around $60,000 today in mint condition. One thing I will give credit to the big three, NO ONE could beat them in the 1950's and early 1960's. They did make some fantastic vehicles in the day.
