im pretty sure that the b18b is a sohc, I may be wrong, but that would mean i dont know whats under my hood!

Nope...its dohc. Look at your engine. On each side of where the spark plugs is a cam.

90-91 rs,ls,gs = b18a = 130hp
92+ rs, ls, gs = b18b = 140hp

both are 1.8 DOHC non-VTEC
