:werd: get the leak fixed and adjust your peddle a little bit, that will put some more pressure on it. my clutch jut got replaced and i had 81k on it. oh if you do master cylinder do slave also at the same time.

i have heard, don't know if its true, that integra's have a weak 1st and 2nd??? don't know anything about that,

Try replacing and properly bleeding the clutch fluid... I replaced the clutch master cylinder and the problem didn't go away, but I don't remember having a problem once I eventually bled it *properly*. I think having a short shifter at the time amplified the problem, but wasn't the cause of it.

It still does it now, but *only* if I'm lazy on the clutch (ie don't press it far enough or fast enough; totally my fault).

See that's what's different between our cars now. Mine grinds only when the clutch is ALL the way down touching the floor...and it only does it on fast shifts in the higher rpm range. It's like the syncro can't keep up with my shifting...But how can that be? The car is less than 2 years old.

yeah it has notched when its cold cause the liquid isn't flowing that well since its cold. when it warms up it sticks better and goes away. let your car warm up for five minutes or so. i get the same thing, i let my car warm up for 5 minutes and it goes away.
