Gridlock (1st & 2nd vs 2nd )
Do any of you guys that have an automatic, shift into 2nd while in gridlock. I'm wondering if keeping the transmission in second is better on the tranny vs the tranny shifiting between 1st and 2nd. Even though the engine would need to rev more.
I don't see the point of it. Set it and forget it is what the auto is all about.
I mean when you do get out of the gridlock you'll have to shift into D3 and then D4 while going which is harm to the engine?
