If it was just the fuse the the electrical stuff wouldn't slowly stop working. That a sign of a battery not having enough power and also that the alternator is not hooked up or doesn't work. Had the same problem in my brothers 01' toyota solora. changed the battery and alternator since lights haven't flicked a bit inside or out the car.

yeah the battery was bad but since the fuse was out the alternator was not charging and also my gauges didn;t work. now with the new fuse everything is back up and running.
yeah, it was also the battery
