You are shifting way too early. I had the exact same problem when I sucked at manual.

try shifting every 3k RPM and the problem will go away.

it's prolly the double piping on your a pipe i ahev the exact problem right at 3,000 - 3,500 never got it replaced doesn't hurt the car jsut damn annoying
