At a dealership? At LEAST $400. If they're feeling nice.

I haven't done this change on my teg but have on other cars. The teg would take me longer becuase of where the head bolts are positioned under the cams but this should only take me about 5 hours for me to do and an experienced shop should be able to do it faster then me. I think 300 for labor and then about a 100 for the gasket set for an upper rebuild kit. There is your rough estimate but I suggest you just call a couple of local shop to get some prices.

because it's a tedious, PITA job, that requires precision.
