Don't get the intake manifold yet. You're still on stock cams.

Complete the I/H/C/E first, get some new cams & cam gears, then get the intake manifold.

i was thinking up pikin up my bois comptech 4-1 headers. how much do u think i should pay him for it so that i get a koo ass deal??

My First vtec makes my exaust extremly loud and then my second makes my intake Loud. The first one works in first, second, third gears and the second works in second, third, forth, and fithe gears.

Comptech doesn't make a 4-1 header. It does make a 4-2-1 "race" header:
