Default First Car, Oh joy!

Hello all, 'bout to turn 16 finally. Late bday, it's May 22.

I've been driving since 14 though, with my friend's 'POS' Civic if I might add. But my mom let me drive awhole lot when I got my permit when I turned 15.

But basicly, my parnents will let me get a car up to $5500.
And I'll tell ya what, there is a nice Championship White '94 Integra for sell for $5200. The owner said hes had it since he first bought it brand new. And it shows, hes a non-smoker. And its a manual
I've only used manual acouple times, it isn't a complex thing.
So, basicly it comes down to:

Should I get the Integra this owner will probably sell? I already have enough money to buy it on my own anyways.

I know alot of people will say no, but hey, might as well live it up.

Innsurance might be alittle nasty though, so what about that and the $5200 price?

Default I wouldn't worry about insurance..

I was 22 when I bought my 94 GSR, full coverage with $500 deductable was below $100 a month through State Farm, now that I'm 25 it dropped to $70. Just shop around, I found insurance companies wanting $220 a month before I found State Farm. And yes I keep a clean driving record (invest in a radar detector, mine has paid for itself several times over ). Once you buy it you will never regret it.
