What are your mods? Why do you rev to 9100?

AEM CAI, Spoon header, high flow cat, Apex N1, and TEIN HA's. Not will I only burn you I will outhandle that ass too.

I dont rev to 9100, but I'm stating a point that shingo thinks he can burn a type-r when it revs to 9100 rpm. It doesnt matter when I'm hitting 9100 rpms or 8400 rpms, he will be falling out of vtec when I will always be in vtec.

All the guy was asking is a simple question regarding revving to 9100 rpms and people talking about smoking him. Dumbasses

What Shingo was saying is that the Type-R looses power after 8400 RPM on the stock valvetrain. Unless you have upgraded the cams, cam gears, valves, springs, and retainers there is no reason to rev that high. He was pointing out that the other guy shifting aat 9200 and him at 8000 he would beat him which is very conceivable.

Well, if I was a betting man... I'd take Shingo's car in the current state of tune over a stock ITR w/ Spoon ECU, shifting at 9100.

Not to be an ass, but he didn't mention your car. For two reasons, I'd bet. One, he didn't know about it. Two, you're heavily modded and matter none in this comparison.

We understand you've got a Type R, it's faster than a GSR. yay for you.

I never said I was heavily modded and I dont have a spoon ecu .Try reading what I said and the original post was about. He didnt ask if anyone could beat him while revving to 9100 rpms. Flaming people for asking simple questions. Jerk off!:madfawk:

Actually, Shingo's car is well built, he's a good driver & he knows his stuff. It seems that most of the ITR owners on here are stunnas and/or ignorant, others will agree with me.

Shingo was just making a point, why are you getting so defensive over it? It seems like you don't like hearing about Type Rs getting beat, although I could just be assuming.

With as many bolt-ons as you've got, it's significantly faster than a stock ITR w/ Spoon ECU. You telling Shingo that you'll outhandle his ass & beat him in a race was completely irrelevant. You sounded like a tough guy, trying to defend yourself when no one was even talking about you.

Shingo answered him and then was a little sarcastic in his second post while mentioning to shift at the stock redline on the stock head. So??????

Naw man, my type r always gets beat. I never said my car is the best handling fastest car ever. I'm just trying defend the original poster cause I hate when people get flamed for asking a simple question. Plus shingo never stated his mods.
