it's not difficult to do if you have the right tools and no bolts are seized. are you sure you'd rather pay someone else to do it?

iirc, pad replacement goes for around $100, but that's not including rotor replacement and rotors cost more. But, it's an easy job to do yourself, and the total parts cost for all new pads & rotors will be considerably cheaper than paying someone to do it.

I rip my brakes apart all the time, it's very simple. The only tools you'll need are a 17mm socket + rachet, a C-clamp (you just need to squeeze the caliper piston so new pads will clear the rotor; very simple), and something to get the rotor screws out (an impact screw driver and/or a drill; feel free to destroy the screws, as you do not need to replace them). Just don't use the C-clamp on the rear caliper pistons, because you have to turn them to make them compress.

You might want to put it on some jack stands so the car doesn't move or fall...

If you end up not doing it yourself, and want a shop recommendation, Motor-Works, run by Greg Skolnik, up in Rockville MD is pretty near you (up 355) and extremely good. Their prices are reasonable, and they do immaculate work. The only catch - make sure you tell them you ONLY want brakes - or else they'll keep your car an extra day and catalogue every single thing which might go wrong in the next year and try to get you to spring for them, no matter how much it adds up to.

For Northern VA, try The Radiator Shop, in Falls Church; it's attached to Falls Church Motors, a used car sales place. The owner of the shop (which fixes EVERYTHING, but specializes in radiators), Steve, had a few Honda/Acura specialists when I went there - it was the only place I would take by 92 GSR. They also do quality work.

Not too difficult of a job (comparatively) but still very easy to fugg something up. For example: glue on the wrong side of the pad .

Yeah, I will try to do it myself when my new brembo rotors comes in next week. But, in case, it didn't work out, I will call these shops. BTW, any idea on how much they may charge for replacing front pads and rotors? Thanks
