Default Time for Motor Rebuild

Hey Guys! I have a 97 Integra GSR w/Greddy turbo & FMIC, 550CC injectors, 2.5" exhaust, GM3 Bar Map Sensor, and street tuned on crome on 15lbs. All internals all stock. Last summer I blew the rings, and it's been sitting through winter. I'm hoping to rebuild the engine this summer, but have a few questions. I'm not looking to spend too much time or money on sleeving or boring out the block. Just want to upgrade the internals with 81mm CP Pistons and Eagle rods preferrably 9:1 and keep the Greddy turbo, and tune tune tune. I was wondering how much wHP I can push with this setup? I don't want to put too much more into this car as, I am thinking about starting another project car within the next year or 2 . Would it be worth it to go with an LS crank? I know my power goals will probably restricted by the Greddy turbo, but wondering how far I can max out with this setup? Any suggestions would be great!

it'll all be based on the flow characteristics on the turbo, once you open everything up on the intake and exhaust sides. i would think it would be tapped out at around 300whp on GSR setup - and thats already pushing it.

unless you upgrade the internal wastegate to hold more than 12-14psi, you're going to have to deal with boost creep and other related issues.

the whole wastegate exit port and elbow off the exhaust side really hinders power potential.

I would definitely upgrade the wastegate, as the current spring is fairly soft (I have an externally helper spring on it now to help with boost creep @15psi), especially when running more than 15psi. I figured I'd be limited with the cast elbow. The alternative would probably sell the Greddy turbo and upgrade to something better. I was looking into a GT turbo, probally GT30, but it may be out of my budget. I'm not sure which other turbos are good for my setup? I guess my power goals for this setup would be around 400wHP with a different turbo, which I don't know is realistic? Would it be turbo safe just to upgrade the rods and pistons? I know sleeving will probably be the best way, but I've heard that these B-series will hold pretty well on stock sleeves..... I haven't done any internal upgrades before, so I'm still learning a lot what needs to be replaced when turboing a Honda. Thanks!

Alright, research and plotted the numbers on the compressor maps. Seems like the GT3071R would be best for my setup. Although, the t04E 50 trim would be the cheaper alternative. At this point I will lean towards finding a good deal on a GT30 that way my next project build can can benefit from the same turbo with power goals of 400-450 whp. I will be pushing it, but hopefully I can pull 500whp with proper tuning on my next sleeved setup. Meanwhile, I am pretty sure I can reach my 400wHP on this rebuild with stock sleeves. Forgot to mention upgrading the injectors to handle the power.
