Default Time for Motor Rebuild

Hey Guys! I have a 97 Integra GSR w/Greddy turbo & FMIC, 550CC injectors, 2.5" exhaust, GM3 Bar Map Sensor, and street tuned on crome on 15lbs. All internals all stock. Last summer I blew the rings, and it's been sitting through winter. I'm hoping to rebuild the engine this summer, but have a few questions. I'm not looking to spend too much time or money on sleeving or boring out the block. Just want to upgrade the internals with 81mm CP Pistons and Eagle rods preferrably 9:1 and keep the Greddy turbo, and tune tune tune. I was wondering how much wHP I can push with this setup? I don't want to put too much more into this car as, I am thinking about starting another project car within the next year or 2 . Would it be worth it to go with an LS crank? I know my power goals will probably restricted by the Greddy turbo, but wondering how far I can max out with this setup? Any suggestions would be great!
