unless you upgrade the internal wastegate to hold more than 12-14psi, you're going to have to deal with boost creep and other related issues.
the whole wastegate exit port and elbow off the exhaust side really hinders power potential.
I would definitely upgrade the wastegate, as the current spring is fairly soft (I have an externally helper spring on it now to help with boost creep @15psi), especially when running more than 15psi. I figured I'd be limited with the cast elbow. The alternative would probably sell the Greddy turbo and upgrade to something better. I was looking into a GT turbo, probally GT30, but it may be out of my budget. I'm not sure which other turbos are good for my setup? I guess my power goals for this setup would be around 400wHP with a different turbo, which I don't know is realistic? Would it be turbo safe just to upgrade the rods and pistons? I know sleeving will probably be the best way, but I've heard that these B-series will hold pretty well on stock sleeves..... I haven't done any internal upgrades before, so I'm still learning a lot what needs to be replaced when turboing a Honda. Thanks!
