I would spend the money on a standalone, first off. Whether youre at 7,9, or 14PSI. Standalones are the way to go.

Like they say, make sure everything is installed properly, and tuned by someone who knows what theyre doing. Tuning will make or break your motor.

The stock clutch can withstand a pretty decent amount...mine has held up to ~28k+ of 6-11PSI, and its still engaging. Could it grab harder? Sure! But it still serves its purpose

As you know Im peicing together my turbo project in order to save some cash. So far I have the manifold and turbine with waste gate. As far as the hardware needed Im pretty much set with where to obtain the parts. Now comes the electric side of things. Do I ( need ) a boost controller? Im poking around on Ebay and I see some decent prices on some items. Will a boost controller let me tune the engine for FI? Sorry for asking such a question, thats why Im coming to you guys... I just want to do this right, but in the same side of things.. I dont want to end up spending as much as I would on a retail setup.

Apexi makes a boost controler & a Air/fuel controler. What one am I better off with. Or should I not even go with Apexi? Thanks
