If you have an Eclipse GS-T or GSX, it will easily be faster than your teg, but not as reliable (depending on condition.) You can put down good numbers with a turbo Eclipse for pretty cheap.
If you've just got a base model Eclipse, mod your GSR. However, It will cost a lot to get the GSR into the 12's. I think the GSR looks a little better overall, but Eclipses can look very aggressive with a nice drop and good wheels.

If it's an eclipse GS-T or GSX, in terms of straight-line speed, it will eat a similarly modded integra for breakfast. All day, every day.

The integra does handle considerably better than the eclipse, so it depends what you want.

not really. Drag III kit @ 9psi (at the track) good tires/ driving skills and tuning and its very possible.

Good tires in that case, being drag radials at the miniumum.

If you dump the amount for a Drag Gen III + tuning into an Eclipse GS-T/GSX, you would most likely be able to smoke the aforementioned gsr. Does that answer question 1?

Looks are subjective. Do whatever you think looks best, because regardless if you go with the "JDM" look or with the "streetz tunerz battle-R" look, you'll still fail to please even half the fools out there.

How much is the DRAG GEN III kit?
In cause i forgot to post this (which i did) its an ECLIPSE GS.
How much cash do you think it would run to get the integra into the 13's???

In that case go with the gsr.

As to how much cash, there's the forced induction route and the all-motor route. The F/I route is cheaper. 13's should be very possible with a Greddy running 6 psi, tuning, and some drag radials. If I had gone that route, it would have cost me $4,000. I'm sure you can do it for cheaper as there are some "shortcuts" you can take.
