In that case go with the gsr.
As to how much cash, there's the forced induction route and the all-motor route. The F/I route is cheaper. 13's should be very possible with a Greddy running 6 psi, tuning, and some drag radials. If I had gone that route, it would have cost me $4,000. I'm sure you can do it for cheaper as there are some "shortcuts" you can take.
