What do you think i should look at paying for the teg to run 13's?
Turboed, and supporting mods, slicks, you can gimme a list of what you think i will need and what you tink it will cost and that would be very helpful.
If i was to upgrade from stock internals what would i go with?

Buy a prefabricated turbo-kit and tune the sucker ala hondata.
BUT in case you wanted to boost higher, here's a setup good for 25 psi stolen from another d00d:
1-JE 9.0/1 Compression Pistons
2-Upgraded Fuel System ("upgraded" from the previous setup)
3-Golden Eagle Sleeves
4-Drag GenIII Turbo Kit
5-Skunk2 Cam Gears
6-MSN Ignition
7-Crower Rods
8-Crower Titanium Retainers
Not sure why he included #8....
Again, ask in the F/I forum for people to post setups; that'll be most helpful IMO.

Whoops again. I was thinking honda-tech. Here y00 go...

edit: It's called Engine Tech and they should help you with any of your forced induction or all-motor needs.

I would go with the inegra in terms of cost. A lot of honda parts are interchangeable and a lot more available. You have more options and cheaper parts. For every eclipse you see at a junk yard there are probably 5 hondas to match that.
