True that water is cheaper, but I was thinking that alcohol would cool intake temperatures much more effectively....So are you guys basically saying that a nitrous sytem replaced with alcohol would not yield considerable results in terms of performance numbers ?

 

Alcohol is a fuel, you have to account for that. Water is not combustible so it does a lot less messing up of stuff.
