Unless you're doing some serious competitive racing, I don't see a need to use anything other than Honda OEM ATF fluid. As stated before, a lube shop should be able to take care of any transmission flush/fluid changes.

Shingo,

have you ever used Redline MTF? After driving another LS with the stuff in the case, and then driving mine...i can feel the difference! I love it! In fact, i'm going to order a bottle now and then put it in this weekend.

Thanks guys. I did the change with Honda ATF and everything runs smoother and shifting is better. However I've noticed something about shifting, dunno if it's a good thing, but when I'm accelerating onto the highway, the transmission shifts not only smoother and quicker... but shifts at lower RPM. Is this okay? Because I always had this preconception after changing the ATF, the tranny would shift at a higher RPM. Did I mess up my car?

the lube boys will replace all the fluid in the transmission including whats in the torque converter that you normally can't drain. 100% replacement of fluid.
Wow!! All that, and they'll crack your transmission case! Seriously, wrench your own car for simple stuff like this.

Did I mess up my car?
Probably not... I wouldn't worry about it.

I guess whatever mileage or interval your user manual tells you. I learned that from these guys when my car was 8,000 miles over. Oops. I'm glad I did it asap. It's one less thing I have to worry about!

I read somewhere (probably here) that the Honda MTF was pretty well finished at 24,000 km (15,000 mi.). Acura recommends having it changed at 48,000 km (30,000 mi.). I'll be bold and assume that these numbers would be the same for ATF. For what it costs, and piece of mind, I'll stick with the 15, 000 mi. change interval.
