What brand of transmission fluid would best suit my automatic transmission '94 Integra LS?

Go to the Honda (not Acura) dealership.
Get Honda ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid).

Get Honda ATF, not MTF.

Now, we could be supernice and grab the helms and check the amount of fluid she needs and also if she's supposed to change it, run the car for 5-10 min, and then flush again.

That's what we did in my friends prelude -- but its not necessary for my integra.
/me grabs the helms.

My thoughts were correct.
Drain the fluid, refill using Honda ATF -- 2.9quarts.

Run the car until its warm, (on a flat surface, dont go up and down hills), park the car, drain it again and refill.

Done.

So you'll need 6 quarts.

i never redrain mine.

someone did ask about tranny fluid for a GSR last night....maybe he deleted it.

from the honda or acura dealer, just ask for the fluid according to the type of tranny. it goes about $4-5 a bottle. ugh. which is why i dont redrain mine.
