Forced Induction....Auto...
I don't know of anyone on this forum specifically; but a few people around me run auto's with nitrous....
So far so good. No problems that I've heard. Then again, im not exactly friends with the guy so I'm not sure he'd tell me; but I see him driving aroundall the time.

ShadowDawn on this board runs an auto teg w/Drag Gen III? Ran a 14.9 his first time out but is building up his tranny as we speak. I personally dont think its worth modifying an auto integra for big power...

There's an outfit called Levelten that rebuilds auto trannies, the bigest upgrade being the torque converter. If you switch that out you might even be faster than a stock MT.
The Supra TT AT is actually faster than the MT. This might be another case.
EDIT: www.levelten.com
For the same price you might want to just switch out your AT for a MT, or buy another car.

I'd assume that the TT in both cars would be the same. I was thinking maybe the AT is just more efficient than it's MT counterpart.
Rebuilding your AT is only worth it if you prefer AT over MT. Otherwise you might as well swap out your AT for an MT or, even better, swap out your AT Integra for a MT one. The latter is much easier since there's only one piece you have to remove.

Naw, the reason the AT's are faster in Supra's (or rather, more consistant) is because it allows the people to stand on the brake at the light and just let off and go...
Turbo's spooling and they dont have to slip the clutch (or feather it) or anything like that.
In any case.
If you want to modify your Automatic man, go for it; but I'd go wtih the juice and expect to repair the tranny at one point, and when that time comes just replace it with an MT.

Actually, i disagree with people bashing auto cars. My friend is running a greddy kit on his 94 EX auto and running only 7.5psi on it... and is putting down 180hp and 150tq. He ran a best time of 14.3 (don't knot he mph). So, its safe to say that you can turbo automatic cars and come out with desirable results.
