well my AC compressor is disconnected so that may be why I get the foggy windows sometimes.

The heater does work fine though. I looked at the car and I see where the intake vent is. Does anyones vent make a considerable amount of noise when the car is on, idling with the fan on lvl 1? Mine is quite noticeable.
