I use to do it about once or twice a month.....but as I get closer to buying a new car I seem to be doing it more and more and more.

I rev it high at least a couple times a day, but trully redline it very seldom, maybe once a month at the most.

Me, never been redline. Figure redline means engine is gonna suffer. Not much difference that I can tell from 8000 rpm to 8100 rpm anyway. Even that, I only do once a week. Don't like torturing my car too much.

acutally, its healthy for you engine and its advised to rev your car high once in a while to clean out the cylinders and engine in general. Driving your car at under 3500 rpms nonstop tends to clog the engine... but yeah I'm with you, I rarely redline unless I'm racing someone, otherwise 7000rpms or so is good enough.
