Trouble starting 95 gsr.

The terminals on the battery are spotless of corrosion/other stuff. Ill check the cables tomorrow when its light out. I just started it up when i got home from work, and it started right up, just a little hesitant probably because its cold outside. Thanks for all the input.

When its cold out and i go to start it after it has cooled down or its been sitting over night, i go to start it, and it just clicks. All of the accessories turn on(radio, heat, lights, etc) but it doesn't turn over. After trying it a few times it turns right over. Not totally sure what it is. ANY help is appreciated.
