Default Tein coilover/LCA/Swaybar problem?

My 94 Integra LS has come down with a suspension problem on the drivers side rear.

It's basically "sagging" lower on the one wheel and I guess "riding up" on the passenger side rear (possibly just because of the action of the sway bar).

I have Tein Super Street height adjustable coilovers installed, and a Type-R sway bar/Beaks kit setup.

I'm thinking it could be one of three problems.

Initially I thought it was just the spring on the one side settling (after 4 years?) so I got in there and just raised up the one side. but now it seems to be getting worse. So I'm not so sure it's this anymore.

Another guess was that the LCA bushings need to be replaced. The bushings are almost gone. I should replace the LCAs anyway.

My other guess is that it has something to do with the sway bar. A little while ago I began hearing a sort of thumping/clicking sound coming from the back. I never figured out what it was, but it just seemed to go away on its own.

Does anyone have a clue as to what this could be?

Thanks in advance.

Ok here's a more brief explanation. The car is squeeking like crazy in the back and starting to squeek on the driver's side front.

It's a 94 with the original bushings so I'm assuming I need to replace them all anyway, so I'm just gonna swap out the LCAs. I'm thinking about doing the rear trailing arm bushings myself. I just need to get a hold of a Honda trailing arm xtractor.

Has anyone had experience putting in Energy Suspension polyurethane trailing arm bushings? How do you "recycle" the metal parts on the old bushing? (I'm talking about the metal sleeve that goes around the outside of the bushing and the "axle" that runs through the center.)

Also, anyone know where to buy polyurethane bushings in the Toronto area?

Thanks

did u do a 1-G preload?

my assumption is that you tightened all the bolts with the car in the air (suspension in full droop). if you tightened all the bolts with each corner lifted up (as if the weight of the car was on there), then thats a 1-G preload.

i used to have squeaks all the time until i knew this was the factory procedure.

Hmm I just tighten everything with the back up on jackstands, so I guess what I should be doing is placing a jack under the hub before torquing everything? You don't have problems with the sway bar or anything?

well, loosen them all while the car is on jackstands.

then with a jack, lift the corner by placing the jack pad just underneath the lower control arm.

jack up the control arm right until it starts to lift the corner off the jackstand. we dont want the car to fall on you while you're tightening the bolts.
