Hmm I just tighten everything with the back up on jackstands, so I guess what I should be doing is placing a jack under the hub before torquing everything? You don't have problems with the sway bar or anything?
well, loosen them all while the car is on jackstands.
then with a jack, lift the corner by placing the jack pad just underneath the lower control arm.
jack up the control arm right until it starts to lift the corner off the jackstand. we dont want the car to fall on you while you're tightening the bolts.
