+40 is shallower than +42.

You can also use 215/45-16. Both sizes are within 1 percent of the stock outer diameter. With the proper offset on your wheels, neither should rub.

I had 205/45/16's on my Integra at one time w/a 2 inch drop and it never rubbed.
