correct. when boosting always upgrade to a higher flow pump, adjustable fpr, and bigger injectors. stay away from fmu's.
yes, if you he doesnt have anything to tune with. get something. hondata, crome, neptune, whatever his tuner feels most comfortable with. tuning will make or break any engine setup.
