now he's going to buy a 97 ls bone stock to do this project. It $4700. Will the b18 last longer?

b18b's are great candidates for boost in stock form.

:doh: my bad i would technically consider a apexi afc or safc a fmu but guess its "technically" not...my bad...my bad :werd:

I ran Crome with my turbo setup. The only modification i did to my fuel system was upgraded injectors. I could have gone with an upgraded fuel pump, but for the power output i was putting out, the stock integra one did fine.

of course you can only find out if u have access to a wideband o2 sensor, and having the car tuned on a dyno is always a requisite.

How much power were you putting out?

200whp and 198wtq at 7 psi .. stock LS, with 2.25" exhaust and catalytic converter.

i could have easily made more with a bigger exhaust and downpipe, but i was happy with that output anyway.
