Jumped Timing
What model year is your Integra?
Also, how many miles?
First thing that comes to mind is a worn timing belt.
h:
Pop the valve cover and end covers off and inspect the belt & tensioner.
The replacement interval for the timing belt is 95,000 miles or every 6 years, whichever comes first.
Also, you do NOT want the belt to fail while the motor is running. :noes:
