What model year is your Integra?
Also, how many miles?

First thing that comes to mind is a worn timing belt. h:
Pop the valve cover and end covers off and inspect the belt & tensioner.

The replacement interval for the timing belt is 95,000 miles or every 6 years, whichever comes first.
Also, you do NOT want the belt to fail while the motor is running. :noes:
