either of those are good but a bit pricey. if you're willing to pay that much for coilovers i'd just get a nice set of coilovers like ground control's and koni yellow shocks. depending on the coilover, you can raise or lower your car up to 4".

I'd go with Koni Yellow shocks.I currently have them. There adjustable def. a good buy.

I got the Koni/GC setup too, but havent installed them yet.... a lot of people here have that setup and like it a lot. They recommended it to me too.

Not just on this board, but many boards like this like that setup. Reason? It is a good setup. The Konis are somewhat ride height adjustable too, as you have a few choices for where to mount the perch. Not the same as coilovers, but it can help a little.

I'd recommend you sign up at www.g2ic.com too

My link was $50 cheaper for custom spring rates and $85 cheaper for OTS spring rates. But if you want to overpay, go for it.

Oh I did'nt notice that thank youu what is the difference between ots and custom? Which would you recomend

OTS is off the shelf rates. I don't know off the top of my head what those are, but they are pretty mild rates. Custom rates allow you to pick your spring rates.
