Default 1996 Integra idling noise

Hey all...Any thoughts on what could be causing a humming/whining almost scraping noise around the belt assembly on my 96 Integra as it idles? I recently had timing belt, water pump and accessory drive belts replaced. I am not sure if belt tensioner was replaced for it does not sound like grinding. I suspect maybe a pulley or alternator. It is intermittent and does not occur under any specific conditions. It is only noticeable when car is idling and not under any load such as reving. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

The most common sources of a rattling noise at idle are:

a) Loose heatshields, either at the exhaust header or catalytic converter.

b) The inner wall of the bottom half of the exhaust header itself. This is commonly referred to as the "B" pipe and can be remedied by isolating the rattle and introducing a couple of strategically placed welds.
