depends on where you want to make the power and the rest of your setup. something like skunk2 stage 2's will make power all the way to 9k if the rest of the setup is capable but the low end and mid range will suffer. buddy club spec III+ will have a better mid range but not such good top end. my personal favorite are RM m22x's. great mid range and top end. of course you cant forget about matching valvetrain if you'll be revving higher than the stock rev limit.

cam gears are all the same really. get whichever you like and has clear timing markings.

My Integra a daily driver, weekend racer. I am looking for mainly well made cams and cam gears that boost all around acceleration and are
not hard on the rest of stock engine components. So I can make my gsr faster, but keep it reliable. I am looking at hondata to solve the stock rev limit problem.

you cant go wrong with oem cams. 00-01 itr or ctr cams will give you a nice boost in power yet be oem reliable. if you want a little more mid range and are willing to sacrifice a little top end, look at the buddy club spec III+. anything bigger than those and you'll want to raise the compression so you can really benefit from the cams.

Higher compression pistons, flat faced valves, thinner headgasket. The stock rev limit is there for a reason. Unless you have strengthened the motor to handle the extra revs and are making power past the stock rev limit, leave it where it is.

of the three, i'd go with pistons. p30 or jdm itr's will put you in the 11:1 range. still perfectly streetable.

Would it be better to go with all one company for instance TODA makes pretty much all of that for my b18.

No. Go with what performs best. Being a whore to one particular company would be great if you were sponsored, but you aren't, so there isn't any point.
