depends on where you want to make the power and the rest of your setup. something like skunk2 stage 2's will make power all the way to 9k if the rest of the setup is capable but the low end and mid range will suffer. buddy club spec III+ will have a better mid range but not such good top end. my personal favorite are RM m22x's. great mid range and top end. of course you cant forget about matching valvetrain if you'll be revving higher than the stock rev limit.

cam gears are all the same really. get whichever you like and has clear timing markings.
