depends on where you want to make the power and the rest of your setup. something like skunk2 stage 2's will make power all the way to 9k if the rest of the setup is capable but the low end and mid range will suffer. buddy club spec III+ will have a better mid range but not such good top end. my personal favorite are RM m22x's. great mid range and top end. of course you can't forget about matching valvetrain if you'll be revving higher than the stock rev limit.
cam gears are all the same really. get whichever you like and has clear timing markings.
My Integra a daily driver, weekend racer. I am looking for mainly well made cams and cam gears that boost all around acceleration and are
not hard on the rest of stock engine components. So I can make my gsr faster, but keep it reliable. I am looking at hondata to solve the stock rev limit problem.
