Default What suspension setup??

I just picked up a 95 integra 4 door SE auto 1 owner with only 76k miles on it yesterday. It's white and has the gsr fat fives, since I guess only that year of special editions got the gsr wheels.

Anyways...I don't plan on racing my car or taking it to the track, since I just sold my suby wrx to help pay for college and stuff. Basically I just wanna make it look nice and maybe a few small bolt on's to help the "go" a little bit.

I wanna lower it, but don't want it slammed to the ground so what suspension setup would you recomend? I wanna get struts/shocks and springs at the same time since they are old anyways. Also, I don't want to spend a ton of money, but don't want the crappiest parts.

Also, I live in Washington (rainy state) so I guess CAI is out of the question. Would the AEM short ram intake do anything for me at all?

Thanks for any comments in advance. I'll try to post the car tomorrow, if anybody wants to give me any other advice to make it look nicer.

well the konis i got are sweet as hell man, but with install they where around $1,100. try the injen intake very nice and you'll gain a few horses, dont know why you got an AT but go head and try to get as much as you can, try going to DicountTireDirect.Com you'll get great deals on wheels on that website, body wise, i can only think of one body kit that will make it stand out, either the Bomex one or the Drift body kit(RacerWheel.Com) that i havent seen on a lot of tegis, but you could go the JDM route, and if you are affraid of messin up your bumper maybe a set of wheels, and just an Carbon Fiber Lip would be enough, with some mods on the engine....

you can get koni yellows for a fraction of that price. Install is not hard at all.

intake/header/exhaust...

after that your more or less strapped for what you can do... you can start messing with it a little bit... but in the end it's your taste not ours.

i really like the ITR lip paint matched w/ a ls/gsr (or no) wing... a good drop and clean 16" rims.

you can make the attempt at KYB AGX's coupled with eibach sport/pro kit... but i think you may want a bit more than that.... if you'd like .... PM me and i'll send you some pics of my car with that drop

And to expand the discussion on suspension options, read this thread:

https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...hlight=dampers

I've laid out the options by price point.
