What to add to my suspension setup?
I am just wanting to make my car A LOT of fun on back roads, to where I can out-handle the competion. I want to also run a little auto-cross here and there. All this on a low budget by the way.
I have FRONT and REAR UPPER strut bars already. I want to know if I should buy BOTH lower front and rears? I heard at one time that it's not good to run all 4.
Then I started to think about a sway bar. Which is the most effective for the least amount of money...and no major modifications to put on. Would a GSR's bolt STRAIGHT up?
Please let me know. Thanks!

If bang for the buck is important to you, I think you should go with a rear swaybar. I'm assuming you have a '00 civic. If so, getting an aftermarket kit like Suspension Techniques might be easiest. Your other options would be to go for the SI sway bars and mounting equipment (do non-SI's have mounting holes in the LCA's?) or the ITR bar, required equipment, and a Beaks kit (be warned that you might want to have a bar up front as well.) I'm not sure if a GSR's will bolt straight up.
EDIT: About strut bars: I'm all for stiffening the chassis as much as possible but many times it's hardly noticeable and doesn't follow the budget route.

Actually if you are going to autocross don't do anything to your car. Mods will bump you into more difficult classes. If you don't care and just want to do it for fun than I would suggest coilovers and Koni Yellows. I'm using custom rate Ground Controls with Koni Yellows and it's sweet. You just have to make sure you get all sides the same height. I have mine within 1mm of each other.

Get some nice springs/coilovers and some good shocks. Then worry about sway bars. Then bushings.

Well I already have GC's w/ KYB AGX's lowered approx. 2"...AND I also dont have any PS...AND I already have both front and rear uppers...So I am asking what else, such as both or only one lower strut bar and/or a anti-sway bar.
