Dude you need to undo the assembly right above the fork to separate it and give you some play, then place a jack under the bolt area and push it up just a little to free some weight off the bolt.

Use a hammer and punch to get it out.

Default ^^^ what he said..

or you can use a flat head screwdriver.. skinny enough to fit through the hole.. just make sure you line it up straight..

Or could do that. Won't he still need to separate the assembly to get it out? It is a bitch for me in 1 piece.

yeah just get something long and skinny and tap it out. If it starts to get stuck, try to unscrew it again.

also the reason it is hard to get out is that those holes through the bushings are made to line up when the suspension is compressed, when it hangs down it binds on that bolt. what you can do take another jack and push up on the fork (not the LCA, that will just make it worse) that will help some too.

you do realize that the fork is threaded on both sides.... so you turn it.... pull it... then turn it again
