yeah just get something long and skinny and tap it out. If it starts to get stuck, try to unscrew it again.

also the reason it is hard to get out is that those holes through the bushings are made to line up when the suspension is compressed, when it hangs down it binds on that bolt. what you can do take another jack and push up on the fork (not the LCA, that will just make it worse) that will help some too.
