Default Type R Trans

Yo guys. I was wondering if you might be able to help me out im trying to find the gear oil fill hole on my type-r tranny. i think it may need to be filled again and i wanna make sure im putting the fluid in the right hole before filling it. i looked in the maintence forum but couldnt find it. any help would be appreciated... (pics make it better)

There should be two bolts near each other on the side of the tranny closest to the passenger side front wheel. One should have a square cut-out for a 3/8" drive rachet extension and the other should be a 17 or 19mm (don't quote me on size since I haven't worked on a B series in a while). The lower bolt is the drain and the upper is the fill.

i see the 3/8's drive square cut one... but is that the fill hole? and also how should i go about filling it? like do i have to take the wheel off and all?

heres a write up on it from c-speedracing. All u need is a 3/8 rachet and a 17mm wrench or socket and a funnel with a tube on it

I just put a hose on the pipe coming out of the top with the rubber cap on it and tape a funnel to the hose and pour the fluid in. I don't have to get underneath the car and it won't require a pump to get it in.

thanx guys i appreciate the help... although changing the trans fluid didnt help what i thought it would... after searching the forums and others i couldnt find a cause for a humming noise im hearing from low rpms in any gear... ohh well if anyone has any idea please pm me and well talk
