your looking to spend around 5 to 6 hundred dollars on something decent, you will probably get 15 to 20 hp out of these mods max. but if i i were you i would do suspension first.

short ram intake - ~90

less than 10hp to the wheels.

I don't know if I'll have it long enough to put a shitload of cash into to, so I just want to get some horses at a small cost. What about internal stuff? How much would a port and polish cost? Or maybe new cams?

upgrading the internals is a lot more expensive than just buying bolt ons. new cams would probebly cost you over 400 easy.

But then you need a vafc, dyno time and preferably a better flowing intake manifold for the best gains. It all costs a lot of money.

I've got another question, I've been seeing intakes for like $30 on Ebay( Basicly a no name brand) and I've seen intakes like AEM and Injen for like $120? Is there really a big difference between the two(Besides the filter)? If it's a short ram it's pretty much just a tube and a filter right? So, why should I pay $100 more? Or do I just have all of this completely wrong?

A tube is a tube. Just replace the filter with a K&N or similar and it will function the same as a overpriced one.
