well it did for my b18c1, the 95 GSR. i love it so i say go w/ it. only problem was that the I.M. inlet is higher then stock so the CAI barely fit. and when it did i had to move my strut bar. BUT i did feel more pick up. the TB im not sure on, i think id save the $$$

It won't do much on a basically stock car. Once you have cams or boost, it'll help.

don't waste your money on the TB... unless your planning on doing a heavy all motor build.. the IM will make a slight difference just by letting your engine inhale a little easier... but in the end... the difference will be minimal ona stock engine

It makes much more of a difference on the GSR, due to the single runner vs dual runner design. On an LS, it'd be hard to feel much of a difference.

True, and it also shifts the powerband further back into the mid-high end where the LS is lacking. I would stay away from it unless you have some decent cams and a strengthened bottom end to rev higher and take advantage of the extended powerband.

most of the cams that i see are for v-tec engines not non-v.what do you recomend for the cams and also, whats a simple but good way to build up the bottom end?
