well it did for my b18c1, the 95 GSR. i love it so i say go w/ it. only problem was that the I.M. inlet is higher then stock so the CAI barely fit. and when it did i had to move my strut bar. BUT i did feel more pick up. the TB im not sure on, i think id save the $$$
