Look into a set of crower non-vtec cams. Their site is www.crower.com. For the bottom end, I would start with ARP rod bolts if you want to extend the redline out.

Crower makes some wild cams and if not tuned correctly on a non-vtec engine your idle will be all over the place and you will be conking out at stop lights from running rich. From what I have seen at least. It's like having the vtec part of a vtec cam turning all the time.
