How much is the ticket for? I would def go to court and have them drop it since I doubt the cop saw what happened. Was it even your fault?

Did the air bag(s) pop? It is fixable. Are you going through the insurance? Sorry to hear about your car. It looks real clean.

there should have been no ticket, i've seen the same scenario 20 times, people sliding thru red lights, losing control on ice, snow, water. theres never a ticket, it's always considered no fault due to weather or conditions

i would fight the ticket, it was a accident not a violation, that is fixable, i helped my friend fix his teg when the same thing happened to him, cost us about 70 bucks, he had all the tools, we did it in a weekend, but he had alot of spare parts,

depending on the type of tires he has on he could start to hydroplane at speeds as low as 25-30 mph

that cop is a fuckbag... just be happy you didn't take out anyone else in the process and possibly get tagged for something as bad as "manslaughter", honestly that cop was a total douchebag especially if he didn't see you do anything wrong...

i've been going 50/65 in heavy rain and i hydroplaned, luckily it was 3am and there were no cars around... but you get the idea

Yeah I sprained my neck and midback. Well I was stupid and told the cop i was doing 50-55 because I thot the speed limit was 55 but it was actually 45. He said he could have gave me tickets for a few other things but the only thing he knows that happend was I didn't stay in my lane. He didn't say anything about me having to go to court so I think it might just be a citation or something, I'll check it out.

As far as my car all I know is sometime over the next 4 days someone from then insurance is going to go look at the car. Thats all I know at the moment.

I'm thinking about doing a JDM conversion if I can work everything out.
