Marginally more credible than the one posted by the OP. I have an innate skepticism of eBay in general, so I still wouldn't buy it.

The bigger point in all of this is that a generic chipped ECU isn't the ideal solution. A user-programmable ECU, such as the AEM EMS, the GReddy E-Manage or the Hondata range are more flexible in the long run.

Lastly, if alll you've got is the standard intake, header and cat-back, you're well within the range of the factory ECU's fuel map. You're better off IMO adjusting ignition timing than you are dropping $200+ on some mystery ECU.

 

don't buy what you don't need. your stock ecu is great until you start getting certain parts then you should worry about getting your ecu chipped and tuned

i want to put the stock ECU back in my car but I'm afraid cause the previous owner disconnected so many sensors and shit, my teg will probably run like ass! :noes:

Those best guess chips are worthless. Every car breathes different. One setup that works for one car doesn't mean that it will work with your car. Your should get tuned for your specific car.

 

i gave him an answer. looking at the site made me burst out laughing, hence the 22 smilies. then i told him to get it. :dunno:

 

connect the stock ecu and fix the sensors...it maybe a myth but i heard when all your sensors are connected your car will run a lot better than if you were missing sensors. kindda makes sense though, someone correct me if im wrong?
