The bigger point in all of this is that a generic chipped ECU isn't the ideal solution. A user-programmable ECU, such as the AEM EMS, the GReddy E-Manage or the Hondata range are more flexible in the long run.
Lastly, if alll you've got is the standard intake, header and cat-back, you're well within the range of the factory ECU's fuel map. You're better off IMO adjusting ignition timing than you are dropping $200+ on some mystery ECU.
