Don't buy the no-name chips. That auction is clearly not for an actual Spoon -programmed ECU. At best, you'll see no performance gain... at worst, the motor will run lean enough to seriously damage the engine internals.
Since there is no means of making a claim against the seller for engine damage, nor is there a warranty on the product itself, it would be very, very risky to modify your ECU with a no-name chip.
